The following members were in attendance:
Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman
Dick Mc Grenera

Gayle Bantner
Jack Pahl
also Atty. Hofert , Frank Ellis (Tec-Search) and George Majoros
The commission was notified that a hearing has been scheduled
on December 22 at 8 pm concerning the special use of the barn
on Tonne Road for School District 59.
The Commission was also notified of a hearing on December 1
at 8 pm on Article 12B 3A from Page 43 of the present zoning
ordinance.
The majority of the meeting we spent discussing the proposed
ordinance. It was the opinion of the Commission that
Centex should be notified to give their opinion on what
should be in the new ordinance. Jack Pahl was to contact
Evan Stebbins .
