Minutes of the May 09, 2011 Elk Grove Village Police Pension Board special meeting.
President Ambrose called the meeting to order at 3:33 P.M. Present were Greenberg, Krzywicki,Torres,
and Parrin.
The Celia hearing of May 03, 2011 and the selection of a doctor to perform an independent medical
evaluation of Celia were discussed.
A motion was made by Krzywicki, seconded by Torres, to direct attorney Reimer to authorize the
physician referral service Inspee to identify and arrange for the evaluation of Celia. A roll call vote was
conducted: Ambrose-yes, Krzywicki-yes, Greenberg-yes, Torres-yes, and Parrin-yes. Unanimous.
Ambrose will contact Reimer about this.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Greenberg, seconded by Krzywicki. Unanimous.
