ORDINANCE NO./o <br />AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br />THE VILLAGE FROM THE B-3, AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT, TO THE I-2, GENERAL <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, <br />at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered <br />the question of re -zoning certain property legally described hereinafter <br />from the B-3, Automotive Oriented Business District, to the I-2, <br />General Industrial District, at the request of Harco Leasing Company and <br />Superior Tea and Coffee Company; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said <br />Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the <br />Village that said property be re -zoned to the I-2, General Industrial <br />District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />Du Page, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That the following property located at 2100 Busse <br />Road, Elk Grove Village, be and the same is hereby re -zoned from the <br />B-3, Automotive Oriented Business District, to the I-2, General <br />Industrial District: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, <br />Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third <br />Principal Meridian, Bounded and described.as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Centex <br />Industrial Park Unit 151 being a subdivision in the <br />Southeast Quarter of said Section 34, said Northeast <br />corner also being the intersection of the North <br />line of Arthur Avenue, and the West line of State <br />Route 83; thence West on the North line of Arthur <br />Avenue 400.00 feet; thence North at right angles to <br />the last described course 406.63 feet more or less <br />to the South line of Lot "B" in Centex Industrial <br />Park Unit 21, Being a subdivision in said Section <br />34; thence East on the South line of said Lot "B" <br />and the South line of Lot "A" in Centex Industrial <br />Park Unit 20 being a subdivision in said Section 34, <br />406.01 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot "A"; <br />thence South on the West line of State Route 83, <br />406.67 feet more or less to the place of beginning <br />in Cook County, Illinois. <br />
