010DINANCE NO. 1057 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF T1IE REAR <br />SET BACK REOU I Rl?MENT AT 1900 GRE_ENLI AF AVENUE <br />RE: Field Container Corporation <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals dial conduct public hearings <br />on the granting of a variation of the rear yard line at 1900 Greenleaf <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS due notice was given to all concerned and all statutory <br />provisions satisfied; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals did determine that a <br />practical. hardship would exist for the owner if the strict zoning <br />code were required under the curcumstances; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals believes it would be in the <br />best interest of the Village that the variation requested be <br />granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That the ordinance be varied so as to permit a <br />building to be constructed within ten (10) feet of the rear yard set <br />back line rather than the required fifteen (15) feet on premises <br />located at 1900 Greenleaf Avenue legally described as follows: <br />Eli and Dina Field Resubdivision, being a resubdivision of <br />Lot 24, (except the west 801.72 feet thereof) in Centex <br />Industrial Park Uj;t No. 5, Being a subdivision in Section <br />35, Township 41 Noi th, Range 11, East of the Third Principal <br />Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. <br />Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, accord- <br />ing to law. <br />PASSED this <br />APPROVED this <br />VOTE: AYES <br />ATTEST: <br />I I th day of May <br />11th day of May <br />V.ILLAG}�tK V <br />5 <br />NAYS 0 <br />1976. <br />1976. <br />ABSENT I <br />Published in the F_ll< Grove Herald Mny 19, 1976. <br />
