ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE CONST2UCTION OF EIGHTY TOWNHOUSES ON <br />ROUNDTREE COMMONS, PLAN COMMISSION DOCKET 76-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village has conducted a public hearing for the purpose of granting a <br />special use permit to construe: SO townhouses on property legally <br />described hereafter, and <br />WHEREAS, the said ??lan Commission has recommended the granting <br />of said special use permit and the President and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the <br />recommendation of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in <br />the best interests of the Village that said special use permit be <br />issued. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />Du Page, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a special use permit to the <br />First Arlington National Bank, as Trustee, under Trust Agreement <br />known as Trust No. A638 and Roundtree Commons, an Illinois limited <br />partnership, to permit the construction of 80 townhouses on property <br />legally described as follows: <br />The South 20 acres of the East One -Half of the Southwest <br />One -Quarter and the West One -Quarter of the Southeast <br />One -Quarter (taken as a tract) of Section 25, Township <br />41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian <br />in Cook County, Illinois (except the :nest 414 feet <br />thereof). <br />Subject to the following conditions: <br />1). That the developer provide illumination for <br />the private streets as required by the Subdivision Control <br />Ordinance. <br />2). That the developer fully adhere to the landscaping <br />plan submitted on April 20, 1976. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance shall he in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according <br />
