ORDINANCE NO. <br />u <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF <br />PARAGRAPIi C OF SECTION 3.54 OF TIIE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELI< GROVE VILLAGE <br />TO PERMIT A FENCE WITHIN A 25 FOOT SETBACK <br />ON NERGE ROAD TO MR. AND MRS. ROBERT EIDEN, <br />1281 BRADLEY LANE. ELK GROVE VILLAGE. ILLINOIS <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly <br />called and held according to law considered the question of granting a <br />variation of paragraph C, Section 3.,54 to permit the construction of a <br />fence within a 25 foot setback on Nerge Road on property legally described <br />hereinafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said <br />Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interests <br />of the Village that such variation be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page Counties, Illinois, <br />as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a variation of paragraph c, <br />Section 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village <br />to Mr. and Mr. Robert Eiden to permit a fence within a 25 foot setback <br />on Nerge Road on property located at 1281 Bradley Lane and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 10 in Block 3 in Elk Grove Village Section 19, being <br />a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, <br />East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, <br />Illinois. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. <br />PASSED this day of <br />APPROVED this day of <br />VOTES: AYES: NAYS: <br />APPROVED: <br />ATTEST: <br />VILLAGE CLERK <br />ABSENT: <br />VILLAGE PRESIDENT <br />, 1976. <br />1976. <br />
