RESOLUTION NO. 54-91 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL <br /> OF SALE FROM LOT 3 LA QUINTA MOTOR INNS, INC. <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE (OAKTON & BUSSE RD. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer, La Quinta Motor Inns, Inc. has submitted a <br /> Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as <br /> required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and fully complied with all <br /> provisions of any and all Ordinances pertaining; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has satisfactorily submitted all necessary <br /> items as required by the Village and has submitted required As-Built <br /> Engineering Plans. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br /> Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br /> a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale and Maintenance Guarantee from La Quinta <br /> Motor Inns, Inc on the "Proect" known as Lot 3 La Quinta Motor Inn (Oakton <br /> & Busse Road) , Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007 and described on the <br /> "As-Built" engineering plans prepared by Arnold Seaburg of Advance <br /> Consulting Engineers, 7545 S. Madison, Hinsdale, Illinois 60521, dated <br /> March 17, 1986, which plans with "Bill of Materials" are incorporated by <br /> reference and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage and approval according to law. <br /> PASSED this 12th day of November 1991. <br /> APPROVED this 12th day of November 1991. <br /> Charles J.
