RESOLUTION NO. 19-88 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE AND <br />RELEASING AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 80-154 ACCEPTED <br />BY RESOLUTION NO. 12-87 FROM MATTESON-RICHTON BANK ($10,560.28) <br />FOR 1700 BUSSE ROAD (RUBIN PARTNERSHIP) <br />WHEREAS, the Developer (Rubin Development) has submitted a Deed of <br />Conveyance/Bill of Sale and requested release of an Irrevocable Letter of <br />Credit No. 80-154 from Matteson -Richton Bank in the amount of $10,560.28; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has satisfactorily submitted all necessary <br />items as required by the Village: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois: <br />Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br />a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale from Rubin Development on the "Project" <br />known as Rubin Partnership, 1700 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. <br />Section 2: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby <br />release Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 80-154 from Matteson -Richton <br />Bank in the amount of $10,560.28 guaranteeing the completion of public <br />improvements at 1700 Busse Road (Busse & Lunt). Said Irrevocable Letter of <br />Credit expires April 30, 1988. All necessary site improvements have been <br />completed to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage and approval according to law. <br />PASSED this 8th <br />APPROVED this 8th <br />ATTEST: <br />Ilafern R.
