RESOLUTION NO. 21-86 <br />A RESOLUTION FORMALLY OBJECTING TO THE REZONING <br />OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE COOK COUNTY ZONING <br />BOARD OF APPEALS (DOCKET NO. 4451) <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village have been advised that the Cook <br />County Zoning Board of Appeals is in the process of conducting <br />a public hearing to consider the rezoning of certain property <br />located at the Northwest corner of Oakton Street and Busse <br />Road, legally described hereinafter, under Docket No. 4451 <br />which request for rezoning is from the C-4 General Commercial <br />District to the C-6 Automotive Service District; and <br />WHEREAS, the rezoning as above described may have a <br />deleterious affect on surrounding properties, which properties <br />are within the corporate limits of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Resolution No. 20-86 <br />duly passed and approved on the 25th day of February, 1986 <br />have declared its intent to involuntarily annex the subject <br />property and to that end have authorized the Village Attorney <br />to prepare the necessary documentation to effectuate same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and <br />Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties <br />of Cook and DUPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village do hereby formally object <br />to the rezoning of that property identified by the Cook County <br />Zoning Board of Appeals Docket No. 4451, which property is <br />
