RESOLUTION NO. 43-86 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE, DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND <br />MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 001 S 100249743 BCA EXPIRING OCTOBER 1, <br />1987 AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />INSTALLED IN NORTHWEST POINT OFFICE PARK ($140,000.00) <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and Mainten- <br />ance Bond in the amount of $140,000.00 expiring on October 1, 1987 to the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance <br />and fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining: <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has installed all public improvements as required <br />by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As - <br />Built Engineering Plans; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: <br />Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a <br />Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond No. 001 S 100249743 BCA in the amount <br />of $140,000.00, expiring October 1, 1987, for public improvements as shown on <br />As -Built drawings as prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company (Project No. 7159) <br />860 Lively Blvd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007 dated July 17, 1981 from <br />the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company for Northwest Office Point, guaranteeing <br />maintenance of public improvements: watermain & appurtenances, sanitary sewer <br />& appurtenances, storm sewer & appurtenances, roadway (curb & gutter, pavement), <br />traffic control (signals, signs, markings). <br />Section 2.
