RESOLUTION NO. 28-84 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONTINUATION CERTIFICATE FROM SAFECO <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, NO. 4387001 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX <br />HOMES MIDWEST, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000 GUARANTEEING THE <br />SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE STREETS KNOWN AS FRANKLIN <br />LANE AND UNION CIRCLE IN SECTION 23A (WINSTON GROVE) <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Maintenance Bond in the amount <br />of $15,000 expiring April 6, 1985, to the Village of Elk Grove Village as <br />required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with <br />all provisions of any and all ordinance appertaining; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has installed water main, sanitary and storm <br />sewers, roadway, curb and gutters, sidewalks, parkway trees, and street lights <br />as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted <br />required As -Built Engineering Plans; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br />SECTION 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br />a Maintenance Bond No. 4387001 for public improvements along streets in <br />Section 23A as shown on plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell, Consulting <br />Engineers and identified as Plan Number 48-006 and 48-007 dated December 16, <br />1977, otherwise described as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 23A. <br />SECTION 2.
