RESOLUTION NO. 2-82 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE AND DEED OF CONVEYANCE, AND <br />A LETTER OF CREDIT FROM THE BANK OF WAUKEGAN IN THE AMMOUNT OF <br />$ 14,200.00 GUARANTEEING THE MAINTENANCE UNTIL MAY 1, 1984 OF ALL <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TRITON II INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Developer Esper A. Petersen/United States Development <br />Corporation has submitted a Bill of Sale and Deed of Conveyance, and a <br />Letter of Credit in the amount of $14,200.00 expiring May 1, 1984 to cover <br />interim maintenance of all completed public improvements as required by the <br />Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions of <br />any and all ordinances appertaining; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has completed all public improvements as required <br />by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required <br />As -Built -Drawings and Engineering Plans. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED bu the President and Board of Trustees of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br />Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby accept <br />a Bill of Sale and Deed of Conveyance for all public improvements and a <br />Letter of Credit guaranteeing the maintenance of said public improvements as <br />shown on engineering plans prepared by Seeton Engineering Company and <br />identified as Triton II Industrial Park - Project 79-037, Sheets 1 through 6, <br />dated April 25, 1980. <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and approval according to law. <br />PASSED this <br />12th <br />day <br />of <br />January <br />1982 <br />APPROVED this <br />12th <br />day <br />of <br />January <br />1982. <br />Charles J.
