RESOLUTION NO. 55-82 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN INTERIM MAINTENANCE BOND FROM SAFECO <br /> INSURANCE COMPANY, NO. 4387000 IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,000.00 FILED <br /> WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST, INC. GUARANTEEING THE <br /> MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS ALONG OTHER STREETS IN <br /> SECTION 23A EXCEPT FRANKLIN LANE AND UNION CIRCLE (WINSTON GROVE) <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted an interim Maintenance Bond in the <br /> amount of $79,000.00 expiring on April 6, 1983 (this bond shall be renewed <br /> annually until released) to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by <br /> the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions <br /> of any and all ordinance appertaining; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has installed water main, sanitary and storm <br /> sewers, roadway, curb and gutters, sidewalks, parkway trees, and street <br /> lights as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has <br /> submitted required As-Built Engineering Plans; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br /> SECTION 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br /> an interim Maintenance Bond No. 4387000 for public improvements along streets <br /> in Section 23A (except Franklin Lane and Union Circle) as shown on plans <br /> prepared by Henderson and Bodwell , Consulting Engineers and identified as <br /> Plan Number 48-001 to 48-026 dated December 16, 1977, otherwise described <br /> as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 23A. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage and approval according to law. <br /> PASSED this 12th day of October 1982. <br /> APPROVED this 12th day of October 1982. <br /> Charles J.
