RESOLUTION NO. 57-82 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE AC- <br /> CEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP ON FRANKLIN LANE AND UNION <br /> CIRCLE IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 23A THE WATER MAIN, SANITARY <br /> AND STORM SEWERS, ROADWAY, CURB AND GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS, PARK- <br /> WAY TREES AND STREET LIGHTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer (Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. ) has submitted a <br /> Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as re- <br /> quired by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all <br /> provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has installed all public improvements , water <br /> main, sanitary and storm sewer, roadway, curb and gutters, sidewalks, parkway <br /> trees, and street lights as required by the Village, has made full payment <br /> of fees, and has submitted required As-Built Engineering Plans; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br /> SECTION 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br /> a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvements as shown on plans <br /> prepared by Henderson and Bodwell , Consulting Engineers and identified as <br /> Plan Number 48-006 and 48-007 dated December 16, 1977, otherwise described <br /> as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 23A, more specifically <br /> located within Franklin Lane and Union Circle. <br /> SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br /> from and after its passage and approval according to law. <br /> PASSED this 12th day of October 1982. <br /> APPROVED this 12th day of October 1982. <br /> Charles J.
