RESOLUTION NO, 63-75 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT <br /> MAINTENANCE AND OWNERSHIP THE STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER , SIDEWALKS , STORM <br /> SEVIER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAINS INSTALLED IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br /> SECTION 15 AS SHOWN ON ELK GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NUMBER 43oo-6 <br /> DATED DECEMBER 29, 1966, (except Wellington Ave. from Banbury Ave, to <br /> Biesterfield Road.) <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance to the Village <br /> of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has <br /> fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements as <br /> required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted <br /> required As-Built-Engineering Plans; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of <br /> the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Ill ,nois: <br /> Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a <br /> Deed of Conveyance for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Company <br /> Plan Number 4300-6, dated December 29, 1966 otherwise described as Section 15: <br /> Wellington Avenue from a point approximately 120 feet West of Cheltenham <br /> Road East to a point approximately 100 feet East of Leicester Road; Leeds <br /> Lane in its entirety; Cheltenham Road from the North side of Wellington <br /> Avenue North to Bristol Lane; Gateshead North from the East side of <br /> Cheltenham Road East to the North side of Banbury Avenue, and Gateshead <br /> South from the North side of Banbury South, thence West to a point <br /> approximately 120 feet West of Cheltenham Road; Exmoor Road from the <br /> East side of Cheltenham Road East, thence South to the North side of <br /> Wellington Avenue; Lowestoft Lane from the East side of Cheltenham <br /> Road East to the West side of Exmoor Road; Yarmouth Road from the <br /> East side of Cheltenham Road East in its entirety; Bristol Lane from <br /> the East side of Bisner Road East to the We;t side of Leicester Road; <br /> Leicester Road from the North side of Wellington Avenue North to <br /> Biesterfield Road; Lynn Drive from the South side of Yarmouth Road <br /> South approximately 110 feet; Bisner Road from the South side of <br /> Bristol Lane North to Biesterfield Road; Wellington Avenue from a <br /> point approximately 110 feet North of Banbury Avenue North to Biester- <br /> field Road; Banbury Avenue from the East side of Gateshead North East to <br /> a point approximately 110 feet East of Leicester Road in Elk Grove <br /> Village. <br /> Section 2: That Wellington Avenue, from approximately Banbury Avenue <br /> to Biesterfield Road is excluded from this Resolution. <br /> Section 3: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby waive <br /> submission of a Maintenance Bond (as required by Chapter 8 of the Municipal <br /> Code) because public improvements were substantially completed in 1968, <br />
