RESOLUTION NO. 64-75 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT <br /> OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALKS , STORM <br /> SEWER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAINS INSTALLED IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br /> SECTION 16 AS SHOWN ON ELK GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NUMBER 4300-9 <br /> DATED AUGUST 17, 1967. <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance to the Village <br /> of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has <br /> fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements <br /> as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted <br /> required As-Built- Engineering Plans; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village, -ounties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br /> Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a <br /> Deed of Conveyance for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineering <br /> Plan Number 4300-9, dated August 17, 1967 otherwise described as Section 16: <br /> Chelmsford Lane from Arlington Heights Road west, thence south to a <br /> point approximately 150 feet north of Wellington Avenue; Ipswich Court <br /> in its entirety; Stonehaven Avenue from Chelmsford Lane north to <br /> Cosman Road; Walter Avenue from Stonehaven west approximately 110 feet; <br /> Cosman Road from a point approximately 110 feet west of Stonehaven Avenue <br /> east, thence south to Chelmsford Lane; Northampton Circle in its entirety; <br /> Brantwood Avenue from the east side of Chelmsford Lane east to Arlington <br /> Heights Road; Smethwick Lane from Brantwood Avenue south, thence west to <br /> Chelmsford Lane; Shelley Road from Chelmsford Lane east to Arlington <br /> Heights Road; Shelley Court in its entirety; Hastings Avenue in its <br /> entirety in Elk Grove Village. <br /> Section 2: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby waive <br /> submission of a maintenance Bond (as required by Chapter 8 of the Municipal <br /> Code) because public improvements were substantially completed in 1971 . <br /> Section 3: That the Village of Elk Grove Village accepts a one (1) year <br /> guarantee by Centex Homes Corporation of driveway aprons replaced in Section 16 <br /> during the period of April 28 to June 13 , 1975 in accordance with a letter dated <br /> July 26, 1975. <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage and approval according to law. <br /> PASSED this —26th day of August 1975. <br /> APPROVED this 26th day of August 1975. <br /> Village D,-sident <br /> ATTESi : <br /> �j i I I a g e YAZHI�k <br />
