RESOLUTION NO. 17-75 <br /> A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE COOK COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT ON THE <br /> RECONSTRUCTION AND WIDENING OF LANDMEIER ROAD FROM TONNE ROAD TO <br /> HIGGINS ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br /> WHEREAS, the Cook County Board of Commissioners and the Cook County <br /> Highway Department have recently contracted for the widening and improvement <br /> of Landmeier Road from Tonne Road, east to Higgins Road;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Cook County Highway Department retained Milburn Brothers, <br /> Inc. as the primary contractor for the improvement of Landmeier Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Look County Highway Department and its personnel , in close <br /> cooperation with the contractor, Milburn Brothers, Inc. and appropriate <br /> Village -Officials, proceeded to execute the construction project n a diiigent <br /> workmanship and expedient manner. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village that the Cook County President and Board <br /> of Commissioners and the Cook County Highway Department and Milburn Brothers , <br /> Inc. be and are hereby commended for having undertaken and completed in an <br /> efficient and workmanlike manner the completion of the Landmeier Road improve- <br /> ment Program in the Village of Elk Grove Village. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be sent to the <br /> Cook County President and Board of Commissioners, the Cook County Highway Department <br /> and Milburn Brothers, Inc. , Paddock Publications , and other news media. <br /> This resolution having been adopted this 28thday of October <br /> 1975, is hereby declared an appropriate expression of appreciation by the <br /> Village of Elk Grove Village for a job well done in reconstructing Landmeier <br /> Road in Elk Grove Village. <br /> PASSED this 28th day of October , 1975. <br /> APPROVED this 28th day of October , 1975. <br /> Charles J.
