RESOLUTION NO. 1-73 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A.FEE SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING DIRTY STREETS <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 833, The Building Activities Code, Chapter <br />III, Section 330, establishes a requirement relating to damage to <br />public facilities and dirt on streets by contractors constructing <br />buildings within the Village, and <br />WHEREAS, the attached fee schedule sets the fees for the express <br />purpose of guaranteeing that the builder will be responsible for any <br />damage to public facilities and cleaning of streets. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, State of Illinois, that the attached fee schedule for clean- <br />ing dirty streets will be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and approval according to law. <br />PASSED this 2nd day of January , 1973 <br />APPROVED this 2nd day of _ January , 1973 <br />Charles J.
