Tom Rettenbacher explained a problem <br /> with the number of parking spaces stated in the letter. Rosenzweig <br /> stated that he would modify it. George Mullen motioned to recommend <br /> approval of the plan and Leah Cummins seconded it. The vote for <br /> approval was unanimous. <br /> Screening Plan: Chairman Glass asked if the townhome residents <br /> had agreed to the screening plan. Rosenzweig stated that they had a <br /> formal agreement with the Townhome Owners' Association. Following <br /> further discussion, Fred Geinosky made a motion to approve the <br /> screening plan and Leah Cummins seconded it. The vote for approval <br /> was unanimous. <br /> Higgins/Touhy: Plat of Subdivision <br /> Following review of the plat, George Mullen made a motion to <br /> recommend approval, subject to receipt of a positive Soil and Water <br /> Conservation District report. Fred Geinosky seconded the motion. <br /> The vote for approval was unanimous. <br /> Landmeier-Tonne Strip Center: Special Location Plan <br /> . A special location plan was requested by the Landmeier-Tonne <br /> Strip Center. A restaurant has been proposed for the vacant store <br /> in the strip shopping center. The restaurant would serve pizza <br />
