Parrin, <br /> William Wesley Administrative Assistant <br /> Edward Hauser <br /> Stanley Klyber OTHERS PRESENT <br /> Leah Cummins Robert Calkins <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT Steve Billheimer <br /> Thomas Hamilton Michael Ives <br /> Alvin Krasnow <br /> Correction to Minutes <br /> The June 18, 1975 Plan Commission minutes stated that Commissioner <br /> Hauser voted 'AYE' on Unit 171 . This is changed to reflect a 'NAY' vote. <br /> The motion still stands approved. <br /> Cook County Property in the Vicinity of Elk Grove Village <br /> The Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals sought approval of all <br /> the municipalities within 11 miles of property located on the north side <br /> of Foster Street, west of Belmont Avenue (immediately north of Golf Road, <br /> east of Arlington Heights Road) before they approve a rezoning request <br /> for residential use. <br /> All present stated that they have no objection to the rezoning <br /> request. <br /> Proposed Text Amendment: Miniature Golf Course <br /> The Commissioners discussed the proposed text amendment as <br /> revised by Commissioner Hamilton to reflect the feelings of the Commission <br /> (Attachment 'A' )• <br /> Klyber moved that the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance for a <br /> miniature golf course (Docket 75-7) be presented to the Village Board as <br /> revised. Hauser seconded the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Swiglo Petition: Docket 75-8 <br /> Klyber moved to approve Docket 75-8 subject to its compliance <br /> to Docket 75-7, the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance for a miniature <br /> golf course as revised. Hauser seconded the motion. During the discussion , <br /> Commissioners Hauser, McGrenera and Klyber felt that golf holes should <br /> be located at the south end of the property rather than parking. This <br /> would improve a motorist's visibility when exiting onto Devon Avenue. <br /> All present voted 'AYE' . <br />
