CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration to grant special permission authorizing two (2) tables for outdoor seating <br /> at Starbucks located at 100 Biesterfield Road. <br /> (Starbucks submitted a request to the Village seeking approval to place two (2) <br /> tables on the walkway to accommodate outdoor seating from April 1 to October 31. <br /> (The Village has authorized similar requests for food establishments located in <br /> shopping centers provided there are no detrimental effects on the area. <br /> (Starbucks has agreed to maintain the area with respect to cleanliness and trash. <br /> (A report from the Director of Community Development, recommending approval, <br /> is attached.) <br /> B) Consideration of a request (attached) from Crosspoint Bible Church, located at 10 King <br /> Street, to waive permit fees for the interior remodeling at the Crosspoint Bible Church in <br /> the amount of$921.50. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Director of Community Development, recommending approval, <br /> is attached.) <br /> C) Consideration to concur with a previously awarded emergency contract to Standard <br /> Equipment Company of Chicago, IL for the repair and refurbishment of the <br /> Combination Sewer Vacuum/Jetter in the amount of $35,935.58 from the Water & <br /> Sewer Fund. <br /> (The Combination Sewer VacuumlJetter is a vital piece of equipment that is <br /> utilized daily during maintenance and repairs of sanitary and storm sewers, lift stations, <br /> and water system repairs. <br /> (The existing unit experienced a significant component failure and need of <br /> immediate repair. <br />
