CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Elk Grove Park District to waive permit <br /> fees for their Pavilion Fitness Center lobby rest room renovation project in the amount <br /> of$816. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Director of Community Development, recommending approval, <br /> is attached.) <br /> B) Consideration to adopt Ordinance No. 3320 (attached) rezoning property located at 600 <br /> Busse Road from the B-2 Business District to the I-1 Industrial District. <br /> (Approval will allow warehousing, office, and distribution for Air and Ground <br /> World Transport. <br /> (This item was previously discussed at the September 25, 2012 Village Board <br /> Meeting and currently appears as Unfinished Business under the Village Attorney.) <br /> C) Consideration to adopt Ordinance No. 3321 (attached) granting a variation from the <br /> Zoning Code, Section 3-7:1)(3), to permit the construction of a six foot (6') high fence <br /> extending approximately twelve feet (12') beyond a line extended from the nearest front <br /> corner of the principal building located on an adjacent single-family residential lot for <br /> property located at 255 Shelley Road. <br /> (The Mayor and Board of Trustees concurred with the findings of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals that sufficient hardship exists to justify granting the variation. <br /> (This item was previously discussed at the September 25, 2012 Village Board <br /> Meeting and currently appears as Unfinished Business under the Village Attorney.) <br /> D) Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 42-12 (attached) determining the appropriateness <br /> for Class 6B status pursuant to the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance <br /> as amended February 15, 2006 for certain real estate located at 1290 Jarvis Avenue. <br />
